Our grab’n’go breakfast is served daily in our 40th floor guest lounge from 6:30 AM until 10:00 AM.
Food options include a selection of pastry items, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit.
Beverage options include milk, fruit juice, and an expanded collection of tea sachets and Keurig coffee pods.
We understand that accessibility is important to our guests. Below you will find additional information about the accessibility features of our building and hotel.
Our building’s main western entrance on Gateway Plaza includes a set of power assist doors, and Gateway Plaza itself has ramp entrances on South Financial Place and West Van Buren Street.
If traveling by car, the 425 S. Financial building is also accessible via elevator from the underground 425 Public Parking Garage.
Please note that since we are a located on the 40th floor of what is otherwise a secure corporate building, building security must grant admittance upon arrival to the property. At check-in, we issue security badges to access the lobby, elevators, and entrances noted above.
Due to the age and size of our hotel, none of our accommodations currently feature roll-in showers. We do, however, have a limited number of rooms that feature grab bars and additional clearance around bathroom features and room furnishings.
