Our continental breakfast is served daily in the 40th-floor guest lounge from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Accessibility Features

We are committed to providing a comfortable and accessible experience for all of our guests. Below is information about the accessibility features available at both The Buckingham Hotel and the Chicago Stock Exchange Building.

Accessible Entrances

The building’s main west entrance on Gateway Plaza features power-assisted doors. Gateway Plaza is also accessible via ramps located on South Financial Place and West Van Buren Street.

Guests arriving by car may access the building through the elevator located in the underground 425 Public Parking Garage.

As The Buckingham Hotel is located on the 40th floor of the secure Chicago Stock Exchange Building, all guests must check in with building security upon arrival. During check-in, hotel guests receive security badges that provide access to the lobby, elevators, and building entrances throughout their stay.

Due to the historic design and boutique size of The Buckingham Hotel, we do not currently offer guest rooms with roll-in showers. However, we have a limited number of accessible rooms featuring bathroom grab bars and additional clearance around bathroom fixtures and room furnishings.
