Secure underground public parking is available in the 425 S. Financial Place Building. The garage has a maximum vehicle height clearance of 6’7″.
To charge parking to your room, please present your parking entry ticket to our Guest Services team. We will post the parking charges directly to your hotel account, allowing you to pay for your stay and parking together at checkout.
Discounted parking validation is available at the Guest Services desk upon arrival or before departure.

$62 per night of your stay, parking pass with unlimited In/Out privileges

The entrance to the underground parking garage is located on South Financial Place and is clearly marked with a 425 Public Parking sign.
Please enter through the far-right garage entrance, pull a parking ticket upon entry, and park in any available space that is not marked Reserved.

Please do not use the elevator located inside the parking garage, as it only provides access to the garage levels and does not take you to the hotel entrance. Instead, proceed to the red door on Level 1 of the garage and press the intercom to speak with Building Security. Security will grant you access to the building and direct you to the main lobby, where you can take the elevator to the 39th floor and then the private hotel elevator to the 40th floor.
